For Students aged 12-17
Using our Emotional Capital Report, we can measure how each child scores on 10 critical leadership competencies. The result gives both teachers and parents/carers invaluable insights into where each child needs to focus to build their emotional intelligence and resilience. This can be used individually on a case-by-case basis or for an entire year group. (When completed as part of a broader RPeM school program we will provide each school with a detailed combined report with an analysis of trends, suggestions and coaching tips for improving scores across the year group.)
An EQ score is simply a snapshot of where a student is in terms of 10 leadership competencies, this does not define them but merely highlights areas of development. Providing feedback is best done by an accredited ECR coach who is able to explain the scores and develop an action plan with each child ensuring a duty of care is observed.
